LEVEL OF ACCUMULATION OF ASCORBIC ACID, TANNINS AND ASH CONTENT IN HOSTA LEAVES UNDER URBANIZED ENVIRONMENT

In the work carried out a complex of different methods leaves diagnostics ornamental perennials genus Hosta Tratt., cultivated in conditions Central Siberian Botanical Garden and urban environment Berdsk Koltsovo (Novosibirsk region). The cumulative analysis biochemical parameters studied plants indicates mutual dependence these parameters, which general provides possibility their use landscaping cities Novosibirsk region. It was found that content ascorbic acid tannins is lower, especially city Berdsk, by 1.1–2.4 times relative to control, level ash H. albomarginata, lancifolia, decorata 1.4–1.7 higher than control samples. revealed rearrangements leaf apparatus host allow us consider them as adaptive protective reactions aimed at survival decorative qualities environment.
